Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1) How do I order?Simply email to us at glitterglamour07@hotmail.com or SMS us at 8212 7902. Please state the product code(s) and determine the mode of delivery you prefer.
2) What information do I need to provide for my first order?
For email orders: We need your name, contact details and address for the processing of your orders. Please be assured that your particulars will be kept confidential. Please provide us with accurate information to prevent any unnecessary delay and update us by email if there are any changes to your contact details in the future.
For SMS orders: Just message us your name if you choose to meet up for the transaction. If you choose to deliver by postage, message us your name and your address.
3) How will I receive my item(s) and any additional charges?
By Postage: Please choose between registered postage or normal postage. The additional charges are as below:
Registered postage - S$3.00
Normal postage - S$1.00
The corresponding postage charges will be added to your total costs. We strongly advise our customers to choose the registered postage as it is more secured.
*Glitter Glamour will not be liable for items not being received if you are using normal postage or due to wrong address provided. By meeting up: We will arrange a time for us to meet up. No postage charges will be added to the total cost.
4) What is the payment mode you accept?
By postage: Currently, we only accept ATM bank transfer. We will email you our bank account number after we receive your order. Please inform us once you completed the transfer and give us the reference number stated on the receipt.
By meeting up: It will be cash on delivery.
5) When will I receive my item(s)? (Applicable for postage delivery only)
We will send the item(s) after we received and confirmed your payment. You will be receiving the items within *3-5 days. We will also send a confirmation email to inform you of the delivery. *Determined by the availability of the stock.
6) Can I change/cancel my orders?
You may wish to note that once the orders are made and delivered, no alterations or cancellation is allowed.
